One first position we have the Japanese King&Prince bringing us another love song that makes me my heart sweat with the dreamy Melody. It’s their 9th single lead song "Lovin'you" recorded the first single with 471,845 sales in the first week.

(music video)

Lovin’ You – King & prince

A little bit of the lyrics translated:

Loving you, loving you, loving you

Hold me tight

Let's kiss all of you who want to know

Crying and laughing she's just by my side and I've fallen in love with you many times

Don't run away Don't worry, stay by your side

Let's draw an invisible tomorrow together

Isn't it me who is next to me at any time?

Like a rainbow after the rain, after you cried

Let's draw 7 colors for 2 people”

Personal Japan billboard Review:

Well, what would I expect from Kings and princes? Another romantic song! They look such good guys! Let the Youtube edit video they have released on the platform was clearly done on a Phone camera, which is a good think, because it brings a bit originality to the Japan music Industry. Instead of the typical performance video, dance practice video and well good choreographies, it’s a more narrative and relax performance, don’t agree?

I don’t know if it was plan before, but they seem so relax and Happy, I am assuming they had a sort of issue in recording or wanted to try something different. They might have combined multiple phone cameras and video recordings in the group was in their personal chilling time. But it seems pretty good because they seem in tune with the melody feelings spreading good vibes during the video, which makes the music get stuck in my head faster.

Don’t forget to check out the top 10 at the end of this post!

Who are King & Prince?

The Japanese group was formed in 2015 by Johnny & Associates. The selection of the elements of the group happened due to the TV Asahi's Summer Station event (official website: The group's first original song, "Summer Station" was used as the official theme song for the Summer Station event, which ran from July to August 2015. The group was meant to disband after the event. However, in August 2015, the members announced that they would continue activities as a group.

Mr King vs Mr Prince was divided into two subgroups: "Mr King", consisting of Sho Hirano, Ren Nagase, and Kaito Takahashi and "Mr Prince", consisting of Yuta Kishi, Yuta Jinguji, and Genki Iwahashi.

King & Prince embarked on a nationwide arena tour in 2018 named the King & Prince First Concert Tour following their successful "Cinderella Girl" single. The first show of the tour took place in August at Yokohama Arena to a sold-out crowd of 15,000 people.

Approximately 260,000 people attended the final performance. King & Prince released a second single on 10 October 2018 entitled Memorial. It served as the theme song for the television drama “Club Activities, So What?” ( Bukatsu, Suki Janakya Dame Desu ka?) Its first song, "High on Love", was featured as the theme song for the film You, I Love, which is directed by Hirano. Another song included in the single features members Tetsu Takahashi, Chiaki Yuta, and Genki Iwahashi. More than 400,000 copies of "Memorial" were sold in its first week, topping the Oricon Singles Chart. In the same month of its release, the Album received Platinum status from the RIAJ for shipments of 500,000 units.

This group of people is composed of people from all over the main Japanese island, Honshu.

On November 20, 2018, Genki Iwahashi announced that he was taking a break to deal with his panic disorder. The group's management announced in February 2019 he would rejoin the group and participate in their third single, "Kimi wo Matteru", but in March it was noted that he would continue to receive treatment. It was goodbye to Genki Iwahashi on 31 March 2021 following his retirement from King & Prince.

We hope you are feeling better soon, Genki-san!
